Returning the Buddycall for repairs or replacement:
- Download and complete the form below and include it with your shipment.
- Include $5.00 for processing your warranty claim. Make check or money order payable to Scientific Divers Warranty Services.
- Include proof of purchase validating the 1-year warranty.
- Package all parts in the original packaging or a padded envelope and ship them to the address below:
