All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Shipping charges
Buddycall shipping charges are based on your order total prior to tax as noted in the table below:

Undeliverable or refused shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Scientific Divers Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for countries outside of the United States.

Shipments
Buddycall.org our service goal is to fulfill your order promptly and keep you posted as to the status of your order. We want you to know your order is secure. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the benefits of shopping at Buddycall.org. There are no additional shipping charges for items on back-order, which ship subsequent to your initial shipment.

The Buddycall team does their best to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon US Pacific time on the same day. Buddycall.org currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Shipments outside the 48 Continental United States may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote, rural, or international locations may require additional time for delivery.

Shipment tracking
We will notify you of your order confirmation via email. If you require additional order and/or shipping status information, please don't hesitate to ask our friendly Customer Care Representatives via email. Please have your email address and order number handy so our representative can promptly look up your order for you.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Scientific Divers Ltd reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the status of your back ordered item. Your credit card will only be charged for the number of products we ship to you. There will be no additional shipping charges billed to your credit card for items which ship subsequent to your initial order. The shipping charges will only equal your "Order Total" as reflected in your order confirmation. In order to protect the interests of our customers, orders placed over $200.00 (U.S.) may require additional customer verifications or information, as determined by our credit department, before we can process your order.

International orders
Buddycall.org does accept orders from most countries outside the United States. In addition to US dollars, Scientific Divers Limited also accepts Euros and the New Zealand Dollar. Most credit card companies will convert and pay in US dollars no matter what the home currency, so it's generally not a problem whatever your currency. If this isn't the case with your bank, please contact us at info@buddycall.org and we'll arrange for your currency to be accepted.

Payment Methods
Buddycall.org (Scientific Divers Limited) currently accepts Visa and Master Card. American Express and Pay Pal to be added shortly.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete. We need your email address and phone number so that our customer service representatives can keep you informed of your order status. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been shipped.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction with Buddycall products is guaranteed with a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. Our products are the highest quality and top customer service is our goal. If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it at no cost. Due to the nature of diving equipment, this return policy is only good for unused units. Shipping costs for the return of the product are the responsibility of the returning party. Anytime beyond 60 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, no returns will be accepted. This return policy applies solely to "consumer" orders paying retail price at the www.buddycall.org website.

Please include your e-mail address and phone number so we may contact you if necessary. If we are unable to contact you, we may be unable to process the guarantee. Please allow 60 days for us to process your request.

Warranty
Scientific Divers warrants each Buddycall free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Under this warranty, Scientific Divers obligation is limited to replacing or repairing any Buddycall returned to us and found to be defective in either material or workmanship. This warranty excludes the following:
1) Failure of or damage to Buddycall due to misuse and/or lack of maintenance.
2) Accidental flooding of the Buddycall by exposing the battery chamber to moisture/water.
3) Damage caused by over tightening the thumbscrew or battery cover.

If you believe that your unit is defective, feel free to contact customer service or download the Buddycall warranty form and follow the instructions on the form. The file is a PDF file that requires Adobe Reader to open. It must be downloaded and filled out before mailing your defective unit back to us.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Scientific Divers Limited product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Scientific Divers Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Scientific Divers Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Scientific Divers shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Scientific Divers Limited may terminate these terms and conditions, or any part of them, without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
